Education/Experience: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Seven years training experience, four of those years as a Trainer/Formal Instructor for the United States Marine Corps. I also taught and trained Marines in Martial arts along with athletic conditioning. Coached and trained Jr. Olympic Athletes, fitness competitors, clients with several limitations and joint dysfunctions. After a rugby injury I was put into a place where I had to Self-rehabilitate after reconstructive foot surgery, to a full and healthy recovery.

Interests: When I’m not in the gym, I’m staying active with my husband and three kids. I’m their biggest Cheerleader! Whatever sport or activity they are pursuing, I enjoy pushing them to be their best! I love all things fitness and sports related.
